One Love Therapy

Occupational Therapy at One Love Therapy

At One Love Therapy, we approach occupational therapy with heart and intention—considering the whole child and the unique needs of every family. Our services are designed to support your child’s development while honoring your concerns and goals as a parent.

We work with children to strengthen skills in areas such as:

  • Gross and fine motor coordination

  • Sensory processing and regulation

  • Visual-motor and perceptual development

  • Emotional and behavioral self-regulation

  • Independence with daily routines

Together, we’ll build a personalized therapy plan that helps your child grow with confidence and joy.

How Occupational Therapy Can Support Your Child

Occupational therapy can create meaningful change in your child’s everyday life—at home, in school, and beyond. Through early support and targeted strategies, children can:

  • Reach developmental milestones

  • Improve self-care, play, and attention skills

  • Overcome sensory challenges and improve regulation

  • Build emotional resilience and independence

  • Approach tasks with more confidence and focus

At One Love Therapy, we believe in nurturing your child’s strengths while addressing the challenges that may be holding them back.

Challenges We Commonly Address

Our therapists are here to help with a range of concerns, such as:

  • Difficulty focusing or managing distractions

  • Challenges with fine motor and gross motor movements

  • Trouble with dressing skills (zippers, buttons, tying shoes)

  • Insecurity with climbing stairs or navigating movement

  • Delayed handwriting, drawing, or play skills

  • Oral motor difficulties, including weak chewing or gagging on food

Getting Started with One Love Therapy

  1. Intake: Start by completing our intake form to help us get to know your child.

  2. Evaluation: We’ll schedule a one-hour evaluation using standardized tools and play-based observation to understand your child’s strengths and needs.

  3. Plan of Care: Based on our findings, we’ll share clear recommendations and determine whether therapy is needed. If so, we’ll collaborate on a therapy schedule that fits your child and family.

We’re here to partner with you—offering professional support, compassionate care, and one-on-one guidance every step of the way.
