  • How Much Does Pediatric Occupational Therapy Cost?

    At One Love Therapy, we believe families deserve clear, upfront pricing without unexpected costs.

    Occupational Therapy Evaluation

    A comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation is a one-time fee of $300.

    Following the evaluation, you will receive:

    • A review of your child’s strengths and areas of need

    • Personalized therapy recommendations

    • Recommended session frequency and duration

    • A customized semester pricing offer

    Individual Treatment Sessions

    Session pricing is based on the amount of time recommended for your child:

    • 30-minute session: $90

    • 45-minute session: $110

    • 60-minute session: $140

    Your child may be recommended for therapy one or two times per week, depending on their individual needs and family goals.

    Personalized Semester Plans

    Therapy plans are offered by semester:

    • Fall

    • Spring

    • Summer

    Each plan is customized based on your child’s recommended session length, frequency, goals, and the number of available treatment weeks.

    Payment-plan options may also be available.

    Optional Family Support Add-Ons

    Families may personalize their child’s plan with additional services, including:

    • Personalized digital home exercise program

    • Home program activity videos

    • Weekly or monthly home program updates

    • Educational resources and recommended product links

    • Telehealth parent consultations

    • Family or caregiver training sessions

    These optional services allow families to choose the level of support that works best for their child and household.

    Yes! One Love Therapy provides occupational therapy services for both children and adults. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and determine if our services are the right fit for you.

  • It depends on how you plan to pay for services.

    • Private Pay: No referral is required.

    • Insurance: Yes, most insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider (PCP) before services can begin.

    If you're unsure whether your insurance requires a referral, we're happy to help verify your benefits and guide you through the process.

  • At this time, WE COME TO YOU! We are mobile and can meet you where you are.

    Some common places where I have performed sessions: in the client’s home, in a sensory gym paid for by the parents, in a community center, in a public library, in the client’s school (under certain circumstances), churches, or parks.

    We will discuss your needs during your free consultation.
